About me
Most mid-market firms are burdened by repetitive, document-heavy workflows that weigh on operational efficiency and compress margins. Leadership is often eager to explore how AI could ease bottlenecks in critical business processes, but lacks the in-house expertise to know where to start or how to execute. This is where I come in. I cut through the hype around AI and provide both strategic direction and hands-on implementation grounded in your existing workflows and P&L. My goal is to automate the most repetitive steps of a process, freeing your team to focus on the work where their judgment and expertise matter most.
I'm the same person who scopes the strategy, builds the system, and trains your team on it.
I follow a staged approach to client engagements – moving from strategy and readiness assessments, to co-designed solutions, to implementation and change management. Each stage earns the next, helping us identify opportunities and flag potential frictions before we proceed. For firms that just want a one-off assessment or training, I offer standalone services as well. I focus on mid-market firms in healthcare and financial services, though I'm open to working across firm sizes and verticals.
